Ben Psaila

About Ben

After 24 years of leading teams and projects in the British Army, Ben now focuses on helping people discover the joy and freedom of cycling. His teaching blends technical knowledge with a warm, encouraging approach that puts riders at ease — whether you’re getting on a bike for the first time or returning after years away.

He holds formal coaching and maintenance qualifications and has supported adults and children alike in building their confidence on two wheels. Beyond coaching, Ben has a deep sporting background — representing Malta in triathlon, competing in world championships, and managing military sports teams across multiple disciplines.
